Meet… Alexander Cvetkov!

Alexander is the third member of the “Show –lecture for happiness” team. You can watch the show on the 5th of March on the Shipka Open Art Stage. Who is Alexander? Well, here’s some interesting info about him:

What’s your name?

Alexander Tzvetkov. I also go by Alexander. There are even people who call me Alexander.

How old are you?

32.

How long have you been a part of the BHALG Theatre?

As the creator of the BHALG Theatre I think I’ve been a part of it for 5 years. I’ve been doing theatre since the 2nd grade, which by my calculation amounts to about 25 years.

What is the funniest story you’ve had while performing or during rehearsals?

“I’m not sure, but I sincerely believe it’ll work!” – the words of the sound operator literally seconds before the show starts.

What made you chose acting?

“A man Is only men, when he is acting”- Shiler. I believe this is what I was created for. This profession betters me as a person, because I’m constantly collecting new experiences, thanks to the characters, that I portray.

What advice would you give to the people who want to pursue acting but lack the professional qualifications?

Do no wait! Start working and trying today! Not tomorrow! Today! Right this moment! Believe in yourself and never forget – not every piece of wood can become a flute, but every person could become an actor. Maybe not for every role, of course.. Not everyone can be a Romeo or a Juliet, but let’s not forget that there are many roles, often times much more sensible than those.

You can see Alexander perform in the “Show-lecture for happiness” on the Shipka Open Art Stage.
